Cucumber - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 3
Tamarind - to taste
Coriander
Cooking oil - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Preparation method
  • Peel the cucumber, cut it into medium size pieces.
  • Heat one tsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry the cumin seeds and the green chilies till it turns brown.
  • Mix salt, tamarind, and the fried spices and grind them into a paste.
  • Combine the chopped cucumber, coriander, and the spicy paste and grind them together again.
