Bhel puri is a famous street food in India and loved by everyone. It is made with puffed rice, chutneys, veggies & Sev. Bhel Puri tastes slightly sweet, sour, and spicy.

Ingredients
- Puffed rice - 1 1/2 cups
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Boiled Peeled Potato - 1 small
- Coriander Leaves -1/2 tbsp
- Fine Sev - 1/2 cup
- Parboiled Moong Sprouts (optional) - 1/4 cup
- Roasted Peanuts (optional) - 1 tsp
- Hot Green Chutney - 1 tsp
- Tamarind Chutney - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lime Juice 1/4 tsp
- Puries (optional) 10-12 crushed
- In a large mixing bowl, and all ingredients except coriander and sev.
- Add puffed rice, coriander, sev, and mix well.
- If too dry, sprinkle a few drops water.
- Add salt as required and mix well. Spoon into individual bowls.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and sev to garnish.
- Serve immediately.
