Ingredients: 150g peanuts 2-3 tablespoons fried gram 10-15 dry red chilies 6-7 garlic cloves 20-25 curry leaves 1 tablespoon of i cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon of jaggery Salt to taste Preparation: In a pan heat the peanuts and keep them aside. Heat all the ingredients except jaggery and salt. Peel the peanut skin and then add all the ingredients (including jaggery and salt ) in a jar and grind it to make a fine powder You can serve Peanut Chutney Powder along with curd with Chapatis/Roti
