Ingredients:
- 150g peanuts
- 2-3 tablespoons fried gram
- 10-15 dry red chilies
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- 20-25 curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon of i cumin seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon of jaggery
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a pan heat the peanuts and keep them aside.
- Heat all the ingredients except jaggery and salt.
- Peel the peanut skin and then add all the ingredients (including jaggery and salt ) in a jar and grind it to make a fine powder
- You can serve Peanut Chutney Powder along with curd with Chapatis/Roti
